Welcome to Tom Howell's web page!
I made this page for my CIS 190 Introduction to Computers class, taught by Mr. Ralph Cline, whom I highly reccomend as a teacher. The man is full of wisdom and keen insights. He's sort of like a combination of Mr. Miyagi and Yoda!
Some Junk about Me:
I'm 29 and 1/2 years old. I graduated from Sylacauga High and went to Auburn for a couple of quarters. That didn't work out well for me. The classes were hard, and Chemistry class interferred with my "Bonanza" hour.
After that, I moved back to Sylacauga, and spent some time maturing as a person (like that helped). I bounced around from job to job and for a few years and sorta settled on working at a marble quarry for a little over three years..
However, after a time, I grew discontented with the direction of my life. Despite the myths, entry level jobs at marble quarries really aren't that much fun. So, I decided to use the Beevis and Butthead "this sucks! change it" method of lifesyste management. I left my quarry job, and enrolled at CACC. I am currently working towards an Associate's Degree in Computer Science (all part of my master plan to crush the evil Microsoft empire and bring Bill Gates to his knees).
